The fire walk
Cadet Josh was an intelligent guy full of enthusiasm and zeal. He had all the skills he needed to become a fighter . He felt content in himself and was looking forward to a challenging posting after his commissioning on 28th June, 2023.His batchmates patted him saying, "You will definitely write a new era in the pilot's history." He would quietly smile and say to himself, "Yeah! I'll do it.' Every morning as he got up he would strike off a day from his calendar reminding himself that he is one more day nearer to his destiny. There he would smile and sigh to himself and say, 'Ah! Just a few more days and I'm up in the air to conquer the unfair.’ His faculties were proud to have him on board with no match to him. At this moment Josh says, 'The table is set. I have to just toast my glass and celebrate my victory.’ The countdown begins. The final touch-up for the ceremony has begun. Everyone was busy making themselves to be in their best form. The ai
